Participation deposit

Although the activities are free, a deposit of €3 per activity and participant is required to ensure attendance and avoid last-minute cancellations.

Registration will only be validated after the deposit has been sent. We will confirm your registration by email.

Note: The community lunch prepared by Monika Bloch has a symbolic cost of €5.

The deposit per activity and registration fee for lunch (if applicable) can be sent via mbway to 935546590 or via IBAN: PT50 0035 0432 00051853 530 07.

The deposit amount will be refunded in full after confirmation of attendance at the activity, or donated if indicated by the registered person.

Free donation

Although free of charge, the activities operate on a voluntary donation basis.
Anyone who wishes to do so can contribute a symbolic amount, helping to support the project and future initiatives.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the participant:
If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations and refunds are permitted up to 48 hours before the event.
Absences not reported by that date may result in the deposit not being refunded.

Cancellation or change by the organization

If the activity has to be canceled or rescheduled (for example, due to weather conditions), the following will be proposed:

new alternative date, or refund of the deposit.
